About this program
This resistance program is a 12 week hypertrophy training program designed to optimise the stimuli and mechanisms for muscle cell hypertrophy.
The program has been designed using scientific methods and has been proven to enhance muscle hypertrophy to provide maximum results. The program is split in to two 6 week training phases. Within the 6 week phases there are mini training cycles (2-4 weeks) to maximise your results.
For all 12 weeks there is a four day split, this allows for full recovery between sessions making sure your body can perform at its peak for each session, maximising results. Just ensure that you aren’t over training yourself as the worst thing you can do when trying to increase your conditioning is get injured. The periodization has been tailored specifically to shock the muscles into adaptations but to also recover through deload periods.

The resistance training in this program has been specifically designed to optimise muscular hypertrophy. This program has a full and detailed explanation and exercise descriptions as part of a week by week breakdown of the 12 week cycle.
We recommend you to utilise metabolic conditioning training systems and circuit training during this 12 week cycle. This will allow you to keep body fat levels down whilst increasing lean mass therefore allowing you to develop a much leaner athletic physique. These training systems can be found in our conditioning booklet and have been designed to work efficiently alongside this program.
This program have been designed to fit around any lifestyle, utilising different training splits to fit around your schedule. These patterns of training allow for optimum recovery between sessions to avoid burnout and overtraining. If you are implementing conditioning sessions into your weekly plan, keep in mind what your training session is the next day, so you don’t fatigue those muscle groups prior to your resistance training.
The nutrition guide has been developed to provide you with the tools necessary to design your own nutrition, no matter what your fitness goals are.
